Landscape lighting is low voltage, 12 volts, and is easy to install. Probably the most complicated aspect of installing
landscape lighting is determing the voltage loss on your wire runs from your transfomer out to the lights. Lighting
circuits that are long with lots of lights will require larger wire to maintain minimal voltage loss.
We have charts and formulas for determining the correct transformer and wire size to optimize your lighting system.
Below are photos of the most popular landscape lights that our customers purchase. For an overwhelming variety of

We like Focus fixtures because they are mostly cast aluminum with powder coat paint. They don't chip, rust or fade
and always look good years after the installation. In addition, they are made and assembled in Lake Forrest, CA.
Below are a variety of lights group by type or the function they perform.
Landscape Lighting
Area Lights: illuminate an area 4' to 8' away from the lamp.
Directional lights: direct the light to illuminate a landscape feature such as a tree, sculpture, water fall or building.
Path Lights: are focused downward to illuminate a walking path or steps near a landing.
Specialty Lights: are designed for specific tasks such as address number lamps, patio or trelles lighting or
flexible stems for a BBQ lamp.
We will take your landscape lighting plan and size
the necessary wire guage to ensure that your
lighting system is always bright and never dim.
Focus offers a variety of transformers to convert
120 volts to 12 volts depending on the number of
lamps and areas in your plan.
